Our Story

Born from a Question

Founded in 2019, IkigaiE was born from a simple but powerful question: Why do so many talented Indians feel lost and unfulfilled in their careers?

Our founders — educators, psychologists, and career coaches — came together with a shared belief: that the education system was failing people by focusing on degrees instead of direction, information instead of wisdom.

Drawing from the Japanese concept of Ikigai and modern positive psychology, we built a framework that helps people find the intersection of their passions, strengths, and the world's needs.

Today, we've helped over 500 students and professionals across India transform their lives — and we're just getting started.
